Life presents many challenges through experiences with work, family, school, and other day-to-day occurrences. There is comfort in seeking help to weather these challenges. My mission, as your therapist, is to provide a safe space where I can assist you in navigating through stressors that contribute to complications with managing emotional balance. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Masters in Professional Counseling. I have experience with Adolescent, Teen, and Adult counseling. I started my career in counseling in June of 2012. However, I have always enjoyed assisting others in solving particular issues or being just a ear to listen. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing. My aim is to provide assistance; not advice. Together, we will identify problem solving solutions for emotional distress, outline goals for effective communication, and select healthy coping skills. I take pride in assisting with positive self-esteem building and awareness. The overall goal is to achieve optimal mental health.
